"Architecture is not only about creation but about listening, amplifying, and intertwining the voices that make up our spaces, stories, and neighbourhoods”

Increasingly, the business of architecture is moving towards more inclusive and participatory models such as employee ownership trusts (EOTs), which offer opportunities to build grass-roots engagement and boost internal culture that can in turn influence and drive wider industry agendas.

What can we do as individuals, organisations and collectives to help drive positive change, model good practice and kick-start initiatives designed to include and amplify all voices?

Creative consultancy Hayes Davidson marks its 10th year as an EOT with an event to explore this topic, including presentations and a lively panel discussion followed by drinks and networking.

Panellists include:
Zoë Berman - Part W Collective
Kim Hancock - Hubbub
Siraaj Mitha - Open City
Terri Riches-Black - Hayes Davidson

Moderator: Diane Hutchinson
